  • 3 small green onions, chopped
  • 3 hard-boiled egg yolks, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole mustard
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in the order given.
  2. Serves 6.
