Ingredients

  • 1 pkg ground sausage
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. Mix pancake mix, eggs, milk, and vegetable oil together.
  3. Add cooked sausage to the pancake mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with syrup.
