Savory Ham

Ingredients

  • 8 slices cold cooked ham
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. minced parsley
  • 2 tsp. minced green pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice ham rather thin and blend all remaining ingredients. Place one slice of ham in a deep dish.
  2. Cover with a spoonful of the seasoning and proceed in this way until all ingredients are used.
  3. Set aside 2 hours to marinate.
  4. Remove ham from dish and saute in a little margarine.
  5. Heat the seasonings used to marinate in what butter remains in the pan and pour over the ham.
  6. Serve very hot.
