Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can beef consomme soup
  • 1 can French onion soup

Instructions

  1. Place one heaping cup of uncooked rice in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  2. Dot the rice with butter.
  3. Pour the can of beef consomme soup and the can of French onion soup over the rice.
  4. Cover the casserole dish tightly with foil.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F (175°C) for one hour.
