Instructions

  1. Cook meat in a pressure cooker until fork tender, or boil until tender.
  2. In a large iron skillet, pour oil and water; bring to a boil.
  3. Add chopped onions to the boiling water and oil mixture.
  4. When onions become translucent, add cooked meat.
  5. Turn on low heat and simmer until water has evaporated.
  6. Optionally add sausage as desired.
  7. Use salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and ground red pepper to taste.
