- Cook meat in a pressure cooker until fork tender, or boil until tender.
- In a large iron skillet, pour oil and water; bring to a boil.
- Add chopped onions to the boiling water and oil mixture.
- When onions become translucent, add cooked meat.
- Turn on low heat and simmer until water has evaporated.
- Optionally add sausage as desired.
- Use salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and ground red pepper to taste.
