Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, you can substitute half of the margarine with unsalted butter. If you don't have pecans, walnuts or slivered almonds work well too. To save time, prepare the sugar mixture ahead and store it in an airtight container. Be sure to coat the breadstick coils evenly for the best caramelization during baking.

Serving Suggestions

These sticky buns are best served warm, drizzled with a bit of extra melted margarine for added richness. They pair wonderfully with a cup of coffee or a refreshing glass of Hawaiian Punch Punch. For a complete brunch, serve alongside a light Broccoli Slaw Salad for a nice balance of flavors.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover sticky buns in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them in a microwave for about 10-15 seconds or warm them in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes. This will help restore their softness and gooey texture.
