Savory Sweet Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pecan Halves
  • 1 Tablespoon Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Roast the pecans on a baking sheet for about 12 minutes, stirring at half way.
  3. Watch closely so they dont burn.
  4. In the meantime, mix all remaining ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl.
  5. Transfer warm pecans from sheet into a large bowl.
  6. Add in olive oil and stir to coat nuts.
  7. Then sprinkle on seasoning and stir again.
  8. Allow to cool completely then store in an air tight container.
  9. Enjoy!
