Instructions
- Heat wok or pan over high heat.
- Add oil; heat until hot.
- Add garlic (smashed) until smell of aroma.
- Then add salt, sugar, scallops, broccoli, ginger and cooking wine and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and continue stirring until well done and serve.
