Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large scallops, drained
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c. red pepper strips
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed

Instructions
