Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Put cottage cheese through sieve.
- Cream butter & cottage cheese.
- Stir salt into flour and mix into butter.
- Form into walnut-size balls.
- Roll each ball out on floured board.
- Put 1 tsp. jelly or jam in middle of each pastry. Brush edges of pastry with water, fold in half and seal edges. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
