Instructions
- Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Mix in raisins, walnuts and nutmeg.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla until well blended (mixture will be dry).
- Turn out onto a lightly floured board and pat to a 1/4-inch thickness.
- With a floured cutter, cut into 2-inch rounds.
