Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork thinly sliced
  • salt and cracked peppercorns to taste
  • 4 T oil
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onions
  • 1 Cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Cups white wine
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 Cup chopped parlsley

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the pork slices. Heat the oil and saute the meat for a minute or two. Add the mushrooms and onions and saute for a few more minutes. Transfer all to a serving platter and keep warm. Deglaze the pan with the wine and reduce the liquid by half. Add the cream and heat well. Reduce the liquid again. Serve sauce over the pork and sprinkle with parsley.
