- Put in a skillet 2 tablespoons butter and 1 slice onion, diced.
- Cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Add eggs (beaten slightly) and grated cheese.
- Stir and cook until creamy.
