Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 slice onion, diced
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Put in a skillet 2 tablespoons butter and 1 slice onion, diced.
  2. Cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs (beaten slightly) and grated cheese.
  5. Stir and cook until creamy.
