- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Combine the brownie mix, egg, water, and cooking oil in a large bowl.

- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Place 30 chocolate creme de menthe candy wafers evenly over the hot brownies.
