Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 c. milk
  • 3 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 2 medium containers Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and Crisco like pie crust until crumbly.
  2. Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  3. Press in pan and bake about 15 minutes at 350°.
  4. Let cool.
