Ingredients

  • 7.5 oz. can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Separate the dough into 10 biscuits and cut each in half to make 20 pieces.
  3. Roll and shape each piece into a 5-inch stick.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine the crisp rice cereal and salt.
  5. Pour the milk into a small bowl.
  6. Dip each breadstick into the milk, then roll in the cereal mixture to coat.
  7. Place the coated sticks 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Sprinkle lightly with sesame or poppy seed.
  9. Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
