  • 3 apples, peeled, cored
  • 1 large orange
  • zest from orange
  • 1/2c wine or Cream Sherry
  • 1/8 c brandy
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cardammon
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
