Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup sesame seed
  • 4 medium onions
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chuck steak or round steak

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, warm salad oil and cook sesame seeds until golden.
  2. Slice onions thickly.
  3. In a baking dish, mix sesame seeds, oil, and onions.
  4. Add soy sauce, red wine, sugar, black pepper, and crushed garlic.
  5. Marinate the meat in the mixture for 8 hours or more, turning occasionally.
