Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  4. Then turn the oven to 350°F and bake until the custard is set and browned.
