Ingredients

  • 2 large packages strawberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) package frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberry jello with boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add pineapple chunks, frozen strawberries, and chopped nuts to the mixture.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a mold or dish and let it set.
  4. Once set, spread sour cream evenly over the top.
  5. Add the remaining mixture over the sour cream layer.
  6. Chill until fully chilled and firm before serving.
