Ingredients

  • 8 to 12 potatoes
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pound sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/2 pound bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook 8 to 12 potatoes until tender, then let them cool.
  2. Dice the cooled potatoes.
  3. Brown 1/2 pound bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, salad dressing, chopped onion, grated sharp cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour until bubbly and golden.
