Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Boil and bone 4 chicken breasts.
  2. Line bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch glass dish with chicken.
  3. In separate bowl mix together undiluted soup and sour cream.
  4. Pour soup-sour cream mixture over the chicken and spread evenly.
  5. Crush Ritz crackers finely and spread over all.
  6. Dot the top with margarine.
  7. Bake at 325° until heated through.
