Ingredients

  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 large package orange Jell-O
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 6 oz can frozen orange juice
  • 1 can drained crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water.
  2. Add the frozen orange juice and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator until it is slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple.
  5. Chill the salad until it is firm before serving.
