A vibrant, sugar-free marinated vegetable salad combining peas, corn, green beans, and pimento with a tangy vinegar dressing, perfect for light, healthy meals or side dishes.

Instructions
- Drain peas, corn, green beans, and pimento.
- Dice celery, onion, and carrots.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add Equal sweetener, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil.
- Stir well to combine.
- Put in refrigerator and chill before serving. Will keep several days.
