Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. mini shell pasta
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 can english peas, drained
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the mini shell pasta until tender, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained English peas, shredded carrots, and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
