Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 large Hershey bars (at least 8 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Stir butter and sugar together over medium heat until the mixture turns the color of caramel.
  2. Preheat the oven to about 150°F (65°C). Break one Hershey bar into pieces and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Put the cookie sheet in the oven until the Hershey bar melts.
  4. Pour the caramelized butter and sugar mixture over the melted Hershey bar.
  5. Break the second Hershey bar into pieces and place it over the hot candy.
