Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chuck cubes
  • 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 can sherry

Instructions

  1. Mix the onion soup mix, cream of celery soup, and sherry; pour over the meat in a large casserole or roasting pan.
  2. Cover and bake at 325° for 3 hours.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add water if needed.
