Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. seasoned hamburger
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 oz. drained mushrooms
  • 1 small can stewed tomatoes with green peppers, drained

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and season.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Put all ingredients together in crock-pot to melt.
  4. Stir frequently. Serve with nacho chips.
