A rich, creamy layered dessert combining cookies, vanilla pudding, ice cream, whipped topping, and crunchy Heath bars, perfect for a sweet treat at gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Lorna Doone cookies
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in the bottom of a pan.
  2. Crumble the Lorna Doone cookies.
  3. Add the crumbled cookies to the melted butter and mix well.
  4. Create a layer of the cookie and butter mixture at the bottom of the pan.
  5. Mix the instant vanilla pudding with 2 cups of milk until smooth.
  6. Gradually fold ice cream into the pudding mixture.
  7. Pour the pudding and ice cream mixture over the cookie layer.
  8. Spread Cool Whip on top of the pudding layer.
  9. Crush Heath bars and sprinkle them over the Cool Whip.
  10. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
