Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 2/3 c. light cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with a fork to moisten and then beat vigorously for about 45 seconds.
  2. Spread dough in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan, pulling up the edges slightly.
  3. Bake at 450° for 15 to 18 minutes.
  4. Remove from pan and let cool for about 5 minutes. Split into 2 layers with serrated knife and fill with the fresh fruit of your choice.
