Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with a fork to moisten and then beat vigorously for about 45 seconds.
- Spread dough in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan, pulling up the edges slightly.
- Bake at 450° for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Remove from pan and let cool for about 5 minutes. Split into 2 layers with serrated knife and fill with the fresh fruit of your choice.
