Instructions
- Simmer shrimp in butter for 3 minutes, until pink, turning them often.
- Add garlic, onions and chives.
- Pour in brandy and wine.
- Squeeze juice of 1 small lemon over all.
- Simmer 5 minutes more.
- Serve with chunks of French bread to dip in sauce.
- Serves 2 to 3.
