Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail portion, and devein them.
  2. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Place in a large ovenproof pan.
  3. Saute minced garlic in butter in a skillet for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  6. Broil 3 inches from the heat source for 5 to 7 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked to your liking.
