Shrimp Gerlu

Instructions
- Melt butter in baking pan.
- Soften onion in pan in broiler for about 5 minutes.
- Do not brown.
- Place shrimp in single layer over onions.
- Put one piece of bacon on each shrimp.
- Put one teaspoon sweet and sour sauce on each shrimp and bacon.
- Broil until bacon is crisp and shrimp is pink, only about 10 minutes.
- Great appetizer or main course.
