- In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and crushed red pepper.
- Add shrimp to the dish and toss to coat well. Refrigerate covered for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Individually wrap each shrimp in a basil leaf, then in a slice of prosciutto, and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped shrimp on the prepared cookie sheet and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the shrimp are opaque.
- Serve hot.
