A cheesy, savory layered casserole featuring crispy breaded shrimp, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, and melted mozzarella, perfect for seafood lovers and family dinners alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. breaded shrimp
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry the breaded shrimp.
  2. Let the shrimp cool and remove the tails.
  3. Lay the shrimp in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch lasagna dish.
  4. Cover with mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Continue layering until the pan is full.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve alone or with noodles or your favorite pasta.
