Shrimp Superb

Instructions
- Cut each shrimp in half lengthwise.
- Cut each egg into eighths. In large bowl, combine the shrimp, egg sections, Blue cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, honey and salt.
- Mix very gently and slowly, until well blended.
- Rub a 2-quart casserole with butter or margarine.
- Turn the shrimp mixture into it, and sprinkle with 1 cup of finely crushed potato chips.
- Bake in a preheated 250° oven for 1 hour.
- Serves 6. Rich and delicious.
