Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 fresh, firm cucumbers (unpeeled)
  • 1 c. sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • fresh onion rings
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Three or 4 hours before serving, slice pepper, cucumbers and onions.
  2. Place vegetables in bowl; sprinkle with salt, then refrigerate.
  3. Mix vinegar with sour cream or yogurt.
  4. Just before serving, drain vegetables.
  5. Add sour cream or yogurt.
  6. Mix well. Sprinkle with paprika.
