Instructions
- Three or 4 hours before serving, slice pepper, cucumbers and onions.
- Place vegetables in bowl; sprinkle with salt, then refrigerate.
- Mix vinegar with sour cream or yogurt.
- Just before serving, drain vegetables.
- Add sour cream or yogurt.
- Mix well. Sprinkle with paprika.
