Ingredients

  • 10 Tbsp. leftover Silver Fish Adobo
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Break and beat 2 eggs until fluffy.
  2. Add leftover Silver Fish Adobo to the beaten eggs.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a shallow frying pan.
  4. Pour the silver fish and egg mixture into the pan.
  5. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on one side.
  6. Turn over and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from pan and serve.
