Ingredients

  • 5.1 oz. box vanilla Jell-O instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 12 oz. box vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Pour 3 cups of cold milk into a bowl.
  2. Add the vanilla Jell-O instant pudding mix and beat until the mixture begins to stiffen, about 2 minutes.
  3. In a 2-inch deep dish, place a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom and sides of the dish.
  4. Chip 1 1/2 bananas over the wafers.
  5. Cover with half of the vanilla pudding.
  6. Add another layer of vanilla wafers on top of the pudding.
  7. Repeat with the remaining bananas and pudding.
  8. Finally, cover with a layer of vanilla wafers and refrigerate for several hours.
