Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • garlic powder
  • ginger
  • onion powder, and
  • poultry seasoning
  • chicken piece, bone in

Instructions

  1. Marinate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 375.
  3. Bake for about 60 minute.
  4. Baste every 20 minute.
