Ingredients

  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • butter (size of an egg; 1/2 stick)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Pour into well-greased pan. Bake 1 hour in moderate oven at 300° to 325°.
