Simple PIZZA casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 34 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. In skillet,on medium heat,cook meat until browned.
  3. Stir to crumble meat well.
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Put beef into 8" square baking dish.
  6. Add pizza sauce,then layer cheese.
  7. In medium bowl,combine milk, eggs,biscuit mix.
  8. Beat until smoothy.
  9. Pour mix over layered casserole,cover evenly.
  10. Bake 30-35 minutes.
