Three Pepper Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. each: lemon juice and water
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium green, red and yellow bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 8 large mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, water, mustard, honey, oregano and pepper in large bowl.
  2. Add other pieces and stir to coat.
  3. Alternately thread onto skewers.
  4. Broil in pan 9 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
