Ingredients

  • 3 lb. potatoes
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Peel, cube, and boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Strain the potatoes and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano to the potatoes.
