Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at about 400° for a few minutes, until golden.
