Ingredients

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped unsalted nuts
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add sugar and stir until creamy. Add milk, nuts, coconut and raisins gradually and mix continually. Roll into 1-inch balls. If too dry, add more butter; if too wet, add more powdered sugar. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
