- Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add sugar and stir until creamy. Add milk, nuts, coconut and raisins gradually and mix continually. Roll into 1-inch balls. If too dry, add more butter; if too wet, add more powdered sugar. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
