Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can mushrooms (with juice)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 c. cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat and drain off grease.
  2. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and soup mix.
  3. Cover and simmer.
  4. Saute bell pepper, onion and celery and add to mixture.
  5. Continue simmering until tender.
  6. Serve over rice.
