Instructions
- Prepare the cake according to the package directions and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, pierce the top all over with a fork.
- Pour caramel topping and condensed milk over the hot cake.
- Top with candy bars.
- Let the cake cool, then spread Cool Whip over the top.
- Place a Skor candy bar on top as a garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
