Ingredients

  • cake mix
  • condensed milk
  • caramel ice cream topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake according to the package directions and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, pierce the top all over with a fork.
  3. Pour caramel topping and condensed milk over the hot cake.
  4. Top with candy bars.
  5. Let the cake cool, then spread Cool Whip over the top.
  6. Place a Skor candy bar on top as a garnish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
