Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme, or sage)
  • 2 or 3 tsp dried herbs
  • 4 Tbsp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp Parmesan cheese

  3. Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs or dried herbs of your choice.
  4. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 50 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Check doneness with a fork before serving.
