Ingredients

  • 2 lb white chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups oven-toasted rice cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups crunchy sweet peanut butter cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop the white chocolate in a food processor.
  2. Combine the chopped chocolate and shortening in a microwave-safe dish.
  3. Cook in the microwave at 50% power for 6 minutes, stirring at 2-minute intervals until smooth and melted.
  4. Mix the melted chocolate with the toasted rice cereal, crunchy peanut butter cereal, miniature marshmallows, and chopped pecans until well combined.
  5. Drop teaspoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto waxed paper.
  6. Allow the candies to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
